In ten acres of parkland close to the the pretty village of Guilsfield in Powys, we are a park of exceptional quality in a wonderfully peaceful rural  setting.

There is always plenty to do at Derwen Mill.  We have a pub and restaurant, shop and post office within strolling distance and the market town of Welshpool is just two and a half miles away, with it's many shops, pubs, a leisure centre, canal and the Welshpool and Llanfair Light Railway - one of the great little trains of Wales.

For the more energetic the area abounds in outdoor pursuits that include golf, walking, climbing and quad bike trekking.  The popular seaside resorts of the Mid-Wales coast are only an hours drive away.
